Born in Minneapolis, MN in 1958, Adrian
currently makes his home in Rockford, IL with his wife Fiona, and has
five children (Mallory-23, Alex-19, Angellea-15, Hannah-6 and Rose-2)
and two grandsons (CJ-4 and Caleb-2). Adrian has been successfully
involved in business - in sales, sales and office management, and
ownership. In 1988, Business Products Co. (BPC), a Cellular One
agency was his first foray into ownership. During the first two
years of operation, BPC captured the top agency award for 16 out of
24 months. Most recently, Adrian has been a Consultant,
independently contracted to Kairos Group, doing specialized tax
recovery related to telecom billing. The focused consulting efforts
were in the Fortune 1000 range of clientèle, some of whom
include Intuit, G&K Services, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Alcon
Lab's, among many others. The total telecom tax recovery for
Adrian's clients in '07 was more than $4,000,000.00.

Adrian successfully completed the
course of study at Minneapolis School of Theology in 1979, and has
been both a Pastor and Evangelist as a result; and continues to be
involved in "street level" ministry, where the people are (so to
speak). According to Adrian, for the last 28 years, "I've been
getting my teeth kicked in," as he puts it "and have learned to
maneuver the minefield of the 1st Amendment illiteracy
prevalent among Police, City Officials and Administers." To his
credit, Adrian has experience in petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court;
an exercise that is very enlightening. Adrian has also brought civil
suit for deprivation of 1st Amendment rights, against two
cities, one in IL and the other in WI, and won settlement in both
cases. This set of experiences has borne a very keen interest in 1st
Amendment issues.
